The evening begins with a heated Tunnel Pilates class set to loud, immersive music and an intentionally challenging flow designed to push you past autopilot. After class, the lights shift and the bar opens. The studio transforms into an after-hours hang—music stays up, drinks are flowing, and the post-workout glow turns into a full social moment.
